Become An Agent
Applications for Agency Approval are reviewed by a committee comprised of Management and the Marketing/Sales Department. An agency’s location, current book of workers’ compensation business, and ability to meet production goals will be taken into consideration.
FUBA Workers' Comp requires an annual premium production commitment tailored to each agency, and we will monitor your progress throughout the year.
We require our agencies to join Florida United Businesses Association (FUBA), the sponsoring trade association of FCBI. FUBA is a not-for-profit organization that represents and protects the interests of small business throughout the state of Florida. Dues are $85 annually.
Once your agency is approved, a FUBA Workers' Comp Agent Kit containing Underwriting Guidelines, Payment Information, Commission Information, Claims/Safety Information, and FUBA Member Benefits will be sent to you. A three digit code will be assigned to your agency and will be used to identify all of your agency transactions and records with FUBA Workers' Comp. Please use this code on all correspondence with us. This will also be your code to access the Agents Only sections of our website.
