Don't Be Fooled by All Florida Firm!

Do you have clients with workers’ compensation exemptions?  If so, you should be aware of a company called All Florida Firm.  This company preys on businesses whose officers/owners have exemptions from workers’ comp that are coming up for renewal.  They send official-looking mail pieces promising to help “expedite” renewal of an exemption for a fee of $50 for each exemption.  Don’t let your clients waste their money!  They would be paying this company $50 to fill out paperwork, which they can do for themselves for free.  Even if this company fills out the paperwork, your clients still have to pay the state $50 for each exemption that they want to renew, which means the exemption ends up costing twice as much.  We have also heard that this company tries to get business owners to designate them as the company’s new registered agent, which would mean they would receive all the legal mail.  Please don’t let your clients be fooled!
